Mindfulness Coach

Dr. Ali is a functional doctor turned mindfulness and burnout coach. She helps people suffering from stress, anxiety and depression and changes their approach to working by using mindfulness techniques. She empowers people to level up, recognize their potential, and manifest their inner wisdom.  She is a burnout survivor, and her passion is to empower all those women professionals who are going through or have experienced low self-worth and faced challenges in achieving their passions, purpose and dreams. She helps them find the hope, meaning and inspiration needed to achieve their goals and fulfill their intellectual, emotional and spiritual needs.

Dr. Ali experienced depression, anxiety and burnout, and her self-worth was crushed by those she trusted and served. The trauma that wounded her became her strength and source of deep compassion and unconditional love for those in pain. It became evident to her that her calling was to guide, support and partner with those seeking physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Thriving After Burnout

A compilation of Real Stories by Female Physicians

I am humbly and courageously speaking out for the Silent Crisis of women physician burnout, sharing my personal struggle without fear to shed light on the systemic issues that fail to acknowledge and cater to the needs of women in this profession. According to a recent Mayo Clinic study, the prevalence of burnout among U.S. physicians was 62.8% in 2021, leading to one in five physicians considering leaving their current practice within two years. Alarmingly, female physicians experience burnout up to 60% more frequently than their male counterparts. To address this issue, I, alongside a resilient team of over 50 female physicians who overcame burnout, co-authored a book. This work not only serves to inspire women who feel stuck and frustrated in their job situations but also aims to guide organizations towards understanding and meeting the needs of female physicians. The book provides valuable suggestions for preventing and reducing burnout, and I implore you to support our cause by purchasing and reading it.
